Trish Zimmerman lives and loves on the Minnesota prairie. Insatiably curious, she’s smitten with boreal forests, tall grasses, hardwoods, spring ephemerals, fresh water and mysticism – in a different order almost every day. She teaches in Religion and Environmental Conversations at St Olaf College. Nourished by decades of studying Christian mystical texts, she draws rescue wisdom from our natural world. She revels in how landscape and language move us in similar ways. Her current book is emerging from various photographs and notebooks around here: A Mysticism of Place.
